Plan of a lot of woodland laying to the west and south of the late residence of Joseph J. Hammond on Mattapoisett Neck, owned by Heirs of the late Andrew Southworth. Being land bought by Wilbur Southworth of Archelous Hammond, Roger Hammond and Peter F. Remington, Administrator of estate of Aaron Norton. Containing 37 acres and 122 rods (134 rods, not including Railroad pass through). Surveyed by Noah Hammond in November 1889. Divided into three lots, no. 1 12 acres and 12 rods, no. 2 10 acres, no. 3 15 acres and 122 rods. J. J. Hammond Homestead (in pencil), road by Joseph J. Hammond and road to Brandt Island border.
