Scope and Content

Two plots of land (second is smaller portion of first). First is divided into four sections, Z. M. Barstow's lot, Armin and James Cannon's Jenney wood lot (27 acres and 49 rods, later divided), Cushing lot (now S. L. Luce), and 7 ¾ Durfee lot. Second has 7 ¾ acre Durfee lot, Ebenezer Cannon's Jenney lot (Estate of Aaron Cannon), now owned by Armin and James Cannon (27 acres and 149 rods). As surveyed by Ansel Weeks in February 1849.
