Scope and Content

Plan of the late Prince H. Bates, Daniel and Jemima Ellis woodland. Also the E. Snow and L. Hammond estate now owned by Dr. William E. Sparrow and the Prince Hiller lot owned by the said Bates. Being the division of the woodland of Benjamin Hiller from the old plan and Division deed of 1826. The red lines being from the original plans, and the black line on the David Ellis lot being the claimed by the Hadley's and others. Surveyed by Noah Hammond in November 1886. Five divisions, Prince Hiller, Eben Snow and Leonard Hammond, David and Jemima Ellis (2) and W. E. Sparrow (3 acres and 5 rods). Bolles and Delano, abutters.
