Dexter by Noah Hammond in December 1885 and the courses and given on plot being thou of the compass at that time. Divided into 7 lots. #1 4 ½ acres, #2 4 7/8 acres, #3 15 3/8 acres, #4 17 5/8 acres, #5 John S. Dexter 18 ¾ acres, #6 Ephraim Dexter at 9 ½ acres, #7 Isaiah Purrington 10 ¾ acres.
