Scope and Content

Surveyed by Ansel Weeks January 1848 for Leonard Dexter. The late Rueben Dexter's wood lot (15 ¾ acres). Abner Hall's house lot, 2 acre and 20 rods lot, 6 acre pasture lot, the late Reuben Dexter's Homestead (woodland at 17 acres ¾ , pasture 6 acres, sold to Larnet Hall 1 ½ acres, meadow 2 1/8 acres, house 1/8 acres, Abner Hall's 1/8 acre. In all 27 5/8 acres). Part sold to Larnet Hall. Five acres set off to Susan P. Dexter as her portion of all the woodland. Susan P. Dexter quarter of the pasture sold to Charles Hall. On Old Road to Sippican (Marion).
