Description

Figured and fancy tied beiderwand coverlet with borders on 3 sides and self-fringe on sides and bottom. Two panels joined by a center seam. Navy, red, and light green wool with undyed cotton. Abstract centerfield pattern; grapevine border on sides and bottom. Unknown weaver with urn logo in 1862.
