Description
Figured coverlet; rose cotton and brown wool, tied double cloth (Beiderwand). Central motif is a geometric diamond design alternating with a floral design of four stylized lilies forming a circular design. The upper and lower border is composed of two tulips facing each other with leaves the shape of rose leaves. The side borders have tulips on trees facing upward alternating with trees that have the tulips facing down. There are four corner blocks.
