Description
Figured coverlet, undyed cotton and blue wool, double cloth. Coverlet has center seam that joins two panels. Selvedges on both sides; hemmed top and bottom. Central motif of floral medallions (four across, five and a half lengthwise) consisting of a wreath of four lilies surrounding a center flower. The diamond shaped motif separating the medallions has a rosette at its center. The border consists of eagles alternating with trees.
