Geometric summer and winter coverlet with no borders. In the centerfield pattern, blocks combine to form the illusion of large circles in a grid with four smaller interlocking circles at the corners. This coverlet was woven in two panels, which are joined by a center seam. The weave structure combines undyed cotton plainweave ground cloth with dark blue wool pattern weft. The pattern has four blocks and requires a 6-shaft loom.Collection
