Description

Figured and fancy tied beiderwand coverlet with borders on 3 sides and no fringe. Two panels joined by a center seam. Navy and dark blue wool with undyed cotton. Double rose centerfield pattern; eagle and willow tree border on sides and bottom. Unknown weaver for Prudence Sheldon in 1843 with lion trademark.
