Single panel of a geometric all-wool coverlet believed to have been made in Somerset County.
This geometric coverlet was woven in two panels, only one of which is extant. The block twill weave structure combines dark blue wool weft with light blue wool warp, with self-fringe on the sides and bottom. The pattern has four blocks and requires a 16-shaft loom.Context
