This geometric coverlet was woven in two panels, which are joined by a center seam.It features a snowball and pine tree variation pattern. It has self-fringe on the sides and bottom. The doubleweave structure combines a layer of dark blue wool with a layer of natural cotton and light blue wool. The pattern has 5 blocks and requires a 20-shaft loom.Context
