This geometric coverlet was woven in two panels, which are joined by a center seam. It has applied fringe on the sides and bottom. It has a snowball and pine tree pattern. The doubleweave structure combines a layer of blue wool with a layer of red wool and natural cotton. The pattern has 5 blocks and requires a 20-shaft loom.Context
