Description
Figured and fancy doubleweave coverlet with borders on four sides and self-fringe on bottom. Two panels joined by a center seam. Navy blue wool with natural cotton. Shells and medallions in centerfield pattern; birds and urns with domed building in side borders; floral border on bottom with catalpa flowers. Woven by James "Canada Jim" Craig or Matthew Young, who used this undated building logo.
