Description
Figured and fancy doubleweave coverlet with borders on 3 sides and no fringe. Two panels joined by a center seam. Navy wool with undyed cotton. Floral centerfield pattern; eagle border on sides and on bottom. Woven by Bartlett French for Mary M. Osborn in 1835.
