Figured and fancy beiderwand coverlet with borders on 3 sides and no fringe. Two panels joined by a center seam. Navy wool with undyed cotton. Floral medallions and diamonds centerfield pattern; elaborate floral border on sides and bottom. Woven by/for James Hamilton in 1844.
