Description
Figured and fancy doubleweave coverlet with borders on 3 sides and no fringe. Two panels joined by a center seam. Navy wool with undyed cotton. Lilies and starburst centerfield pattern; eagle and willow tree border on sides and bottom. Woven in 1838 for Malenda Faunce.
