Framed photograph of James F. Shepherd (1880-1943). A Cheboygan native, he was a prosecuting attorney in Cheboygan before coming to Lansing. He was a longtime employee of the State of Michigan, including for the Attorney General (including as Deputy Attorney General) and the State Department of Labor and Industry.
