This is a trade paperback. The front cover is brown and tan. The title is in black letters and appears above a photo of McKinley making a speech on the reviewing stand at the Pan American Exposition in Buffalo September 6, 1901, a few hours before he was shot. The author's name appears in red letters below the photo. The back is in the same brown and tan design as the front cover, witha brief synopsis of the book and a biography of the author in black letters. A bar code sticker is near the bottom of the back cover, and partially obscures the name "Algora Publishing."
