The item is a red ribbon with lettering that has faded to black. It features an oval sepia toned picture of McKinley surrounded by olive branches. Text reads, "South Side McKinley Club Chicago Day Oct. 9th 1896". Someone signed what appears to be the name "Charley" in ink.
