This item is a commemorative silver coin attached to a small ball chain. One side features an engraved portrait of McKinley with the text above his head, "25th President U.S.A. 1897 1901." Below his head his name is engraved. The other side says "'Little Mack' Private and Major in Civil War. Congressman and Gov. of O. His Over- Sea Annexations our Welfare as Result of War with Spain." There is a small makers mark below the text that is difficult to read.Collection
