Description

This item is a gold medal pin from the National Peace Jubilee held in Chicago from October 18-19, 1898. The pin features a circle medal dangling from a decorative banner, attached to a red, white, and blue ribbon, that says the word, "Souvenir." The front side of the medal features three men surrounded by olive branches with the words, "Our Heroes." The back side features a battle scene with Lady Liberty sounding a horn while standing on a shield. 3.5 inches x 1.5 inches.
