The envelope reads as follows. on the right side, "The Stark County Stamp Club STARPEX VII, Oct. 7-8, 1967 honoring William McKinley 1867-The McKinley Era in Canton, 1897-Inaugurated 35h President, 1907-Dedication of Memorial Shrine" The center picture shows William McKinley in his Canton office. The small designs show the Memorial Monument and the President. the back of the envelope is blank.
