Description

Black skirt with matching jacket. Both are of lightweight wool or tweed. The skirt has a small ruffle, followed by a larger ruffle with a smaller ruffle at the hem. The jacket has leg-o-mutton sleeves, thirteen hooks in front, a ruffled collar, and a ruffled, short waist. There are some worn spots or tears, as well as faded or dirty spots on the skirt.
