Description

Board meeting minutes written on lined paper in Canton, Ohio October 23, 1872. Margin on left hand sign with a blue line surrounded by a pink line on either side. Folds divide the paper into thirds. some scribble in pencil on the bottom fold mark. Some stains on the back.
