The heading says "To the Stockholders of the Canton Building Association No. 1 the following is submitted as the third annual report" Written on line paper with the margin on the left hand side with a blue line surrounded by a pink line on either side. The top half of both the front and back has the writting on it. The bottom half of the front is heavily stained. 7 folds divide the paper into eighths. A whole is in the middle of the page where some kind of tack would keep multiple papers together. Written in pen.Collection
