A certificate issued by the Circuit Court of the United States for the Norther District of Ohio certifying that he is now an attorney and counselor at Law. A pre-printed paper with smoe blanks filled in in pen. the official seal of the Circuit Court of the United States for the Norther District of Ohio is glued on the bottom right hand side of the paper. It is orange and has an eagle holding an olive branch and three arrows in its claws. There are thirteen stars above the eagle. There is a shield on the chest of said eagle. There are glue stains around the eagle. Two folds divide the paper in thirds. The back is heavily stained where the seal is on the front. written sideways is "Certificate of Admission to the Bar Circuit-Court-Norther District of Ohio" A piece of tape is on the top fold. Stains throughout.Collection
