An Ordinance from the City Council of Canton to build an alley. Written on a half sheet of lined paper in pen. Stains throughout. A fold divides the paper in half both verticaly and horizontally. THe back says that the ordinance was read for the first time Aug 4, 1869; read a second time Aug 9, 1869; and passed Aug 30, 1869. Written in pencil. The back is heavily stained. A tear is on the horizontal fold.Collection
