A mortage for L.M. Jones. Preprinted with a blue margin line on either side of the page. It is folded in half like a book. Most of it is preprinted with blanks being filled in with pen. Three folds divide the paper into quarters. A stamped seal is on the second page with written "Notarial Seal Canton, Stark County" around an image of what looks like torches.Tears throughout along the folds.
