"It is erected within five hundred feet of the location where the future President was born and is on the exact spot where stood the Old White School House where he attended school. THE STRUCTURE CONTAINS A Memorial Public Library An Auditorium Court of Honor Relic Room Corridors Rest Room Township Trustees Room G. A. R. Room Hall of Fame COURT OF HONOR Contains a heroic sized statue of President McKinley created by the noted sculptor, J. Massey Rhind. It also contains bronze busts of members of McKinley's Cabinet and of other prominent men, including President Harding and David Tod, Civil War Governor of Ohio . The Corridors and the grounds contain busts and tablets of statesmen, pioneers and captains of industry. The Relic Room is filled with unique and priceless relics. Entrance to the Memorial Building is free. It is open daily, including Sundays and holidays." On the back of the program a list of the officers and trustees, and lists the following information.
