Color lithograph showing McKinley dressed as Napoleon riding a horse, followed by a group of men. McKinley, chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, lost his seat in the US House of Representatives due to gerrymandering that occurred with the November 1890 election. McKinley is followed by others who also lost their seat in the House, including: Edmonds, Quay, Milliken, J. Blaine, Windo, Reed, and Wannamaker.
