Patriotic Santa Claus figure, dressed in blue jacket with white stars and maroon red trim; red and white striped pants, with red trim; hat with blue body with white stars, and red and white striped cuff. Also wearing red mittens and black boots and belt with gold buckle. Carrying a pair of gold belss in right hand, and a US flag in his left hand. There is a gold hanging loop in his hat.
