Faded blue satin ribbon with inverted v cut at bottom. The silkscreened lettering is placed about midway down the front and reads "National McKinley Birthplace Memorial" with a picture of the Memorial beneath it. Under the picture is the text "Niles, October 5, 1917 75th Anniversary 1992." The back is plain.
