Actually, my Board was most impressed with the samples you sent us. They would like to know the following:
1. What is the turnaround time for making up the ornaments.
Lead Times are:
J-peg Artwork: 2 weeks
Revisions: 1 week (if needed)
Physical Sample: 2 weeks
Production: 4 weeks
2. Would you be able to do a mockup of the ornament? What is the cost of the mockup?
There is usually a $200.00 artwork charge, but we have a current promotion that waives this fee
3. The ornament would need to have the following on them:
a. the main color would need to be gold.
b. The Ohio and US flags would need to be placed on each side of the red banner.
c. the box would need to be gold, with the clear window.
d. the ornament must say National McKinley Birthplace Memorial Niles, Ohio
With the information you provided, the estimated cost for your design will be about $11.50ea (based on a quantity of 250 pieces)
4. What are the quantity rates? Minimum quantity is 250 pieces with price breaks at 500, 750, 1000, etc.
5. Would an informational booklet be included? Not included How much would this cost? $250.00 and up depending on what you need. Our brochure vendor is very expensive and most customers will have the brochure done by their own local printer. Doing it locally will usually cost less than $100.00. If you do them locally, we can provide your vendor brochure artwork for free and we will also pack them into the ornament boxes once they are completed.
I have included an attachment with our centennial logo on it. That would be the main design. Also I have included an attachment with the ornament template the Board chose, as well as one of the box
