The letter was written to A. McKinley Esq and reads, " Dear Sir Enclosed please find accounts against Messrs.James A. Saxton & Co. and Mr. Geo. D. Saxton. As per your suggestion when I saw you last week. Please remit by d__ to my order when you see the parties as suggested oblige. Yours _____ truly JA Ambler." The letter is from the office of Ambler & Son Attorneys at Law in Salem, Ohio and is dated September 1, 1879.
