The pamphlet features information about the association, their object to build a memorial in Niles, OH, what the building will have and be made out of, and it asks for people to join for a life membership of $1.00 to help raise the balance of $75,000. Inside they have a copied letter of William R. Melish's request of membership for his wife, his son and himself. On the back on the pamphlet there is a copy of Melish's membership certificate.
