Scope and Content

The envelope addressed to Rev. C.W. Smith of Franklin Street in Pittsburg, PA from A. McKinley, Canton, Ohio is authentic. Dated March 9, 1877. The envelope's left hand corner has text that reads, " Return to W.& A. McKinley, Canton, Ohio if not delivered within 10 days." Envelope features the green three cent stamp. It is the envelope for the My Dear Sir Letter.
