Postcard with a photo of President McKinley's special crossing viaduct over Des Moines river at Boone, Iowa. May 28th, 1901. The length of the viaduct was 2,685 feet, height 185 feet, 5,600 tons steel. Copyrighted in 1901. The postcard is addressed to Mr. D.B. Jones in Jackson, Ohio.
