Scope and Content

This item is a postcard with a black and white image of the First M.E. Church in Canton, Ohio. Horses and buggies are pictured in the image and also a sign for a local dentist named Dr. R.O. Shoop. This is the church in which William McKinley's funeral services took place. The church was built in 1881 after the previous church in the same location burned down.
