Scope and Content

This item is a black and white postcard with an image of Ida McKinley in a horse drawn carriage visting President McKinley's tomb in Canton, Ohio. This tomb was the original tomb of President McKinley before his body was moved to the Canton memorial after construction. There is a white border around picture. Largest section on the border is on the right side. Back side: The Rolling Printing and Paper Co., Canton, Ohio-No. 3. One cent green Benjamin Franklin stamp. Addressed to H.H. Cummings of Box 364 Dover, N.H. 2 Postmarks one in Dover Oct. 9, 1906 and one in Canton Oct. 7, 1906.
