Scope and Content

This is an image of a portrait of McKinley that was originally painted in 1899. The text underneath the image reads "Founder of the Institute, J.G. Butler Jr., once presented this 1899 portrait of William McKinley to Sir Robert Perks, Central Hall, Westminster, London. The son, Sir Malcolm Perks, recently sought a new home for the painting and returned it to the Institute." Measures 3 3/8" by 5 1/4".
