An issue of Leslie's Weekly Illustrated, Vol. LXXXIX No. 2286. It was copyrighted by the Judge Company on 110 Fifth Avenue and published in New York on July 6, 1899. Printed at the top is "Striking Photographs of the Manila Campaign. The Western Tornadoes and Admiral Dewey, in this issue." The front cover features a photo of Admiral Dewey in Manila with the caption, "Dewey in Manila Just Before His Departure For Home. The Admiral walking from his launch "Ondina" to his carriage to be driven to the palace, to attend a session of the peace commission."
