An issue of Leslie's Weekly Illustrated, Vol. LXXXVIII No. 2268. It was copyrighted by the Judge Company on 110 Fifth Avenue and published in New York on March 2, 1899. The front cover features an illustration of an ocean steamer breaking through ice with the caption, "The Cunarder "Etruria" in the Height of the Blizzard". In common with nearly all the atlantic ports, New York was ice-bound during the blizzard and only the most powerful of the great ocean steamers could break their way into the city."
