This item is a postcard with a printed 1cent stamp containing President McKinley's portrait. The card is addressed to J.C. Lee, and the back reads "Dear Sir, your P.O. order for January was received & properly credited on Jan. 1914 & I sent receipt card by the next mail but it must have gone astray some way. Hopeing that this will reach you promptly. I remain yours truly. C. H. Burr"
