An issue of Collier's Weekly, an illustrated journal of art, literature and current events, Vol. 22 No. 25, published March 25, 1899. The cover features an illustration of the English honoring the late Baron Farrer Herschell, with the title "England's Honored Dead". Underneath the tile is the caption, "The remains of Baron Farrer Herschell, chairman of the Anglo-American Joint High Commission, being carried on board the British cruister Talbot, in New York Harbor. For conveyance to England. Lord Herschell died in Washington, March 1. The Joint High Comission was formed to consider questions affecting the United States and Canada." Printed at the top is "Cruise of the Oregon-Famous Warships- Frederic Remington in Cuba"
