This item is a postcard containing a printed stamp of with a portrait of President McKinley. The card is addressed to Mr. H. P. Haurik, of Philippi, WV. The back reads, "Penn and Watson, Tobacco Manufacturers. Martinsville, VA, October 3, 1902. Dear Sir: Your esteemed favor of 1st received, with remittance for $73.31. Same has been duly placed to your credit, with thanks. Soliciting your further valued favors, we beg to remain, Yours truly, Penn and Watson."
