Telegram received from Wilcox Commissary via U.S. Signal Corps. The telegram is on yellow paper. Headings are written in Spanish, with the English translation beneath. The message on the front reads "Smith Chief Commissary Havana Cuba. Will you please have our ice increased to eleven hundred and fifty pounds commencing tomorrow. Wilcox Commissary." Handwritten addendum reads "telephone this to chief Comy Province HTP & then refer it." The back also has the same headings and translations as the front.
