"The Government will not be responsible for errors in transmission of telegrams, nor for the identity of the person to whom it is addressed, nor for the indemnity in cases arising from delay, misintrepretation, or loss of telegrams. For the first 10 words 20 cents, address and signature counted.
For each additional word 2 cents.
