"The World" newspaper publication published on March 13, 1898. The front cover has a picture of Uncle Sam fighting off snakes with the headline "Will Uncle Sam be Cuba's St. Patrick?" It is surrounded by a yellow border with varying images in green print. There are a few large holes in the front and tears along the edges. 17" by 21.5".
