Scope and Content

This is a xerox copy of William McKinley Jr. at age 21. In the bottom right hand cornor are numbers reading: 72.67.56. I do not know what these numbers are referring to. In the picture, young William is standing with his left foot prompted ontop of a rock, leaning against a pillar. It is unclear as of where he is, however, in the back ground appears to be a bridge; possibly an archway of some sort. He is holding a hat in his right hand. On the back side of the picture is blank.
